Adoption fees cover LESS THAN 20% of our
expenses. For this reason, we rely on the
generous contributions of individuals, organizations and
businesses.
As a Member of the Berkeley County
Humane Society, you will:
- ensure a clean, well attended shelter for dogs, cats, puppies and kittens at
our shelter.
- provide ongoing attention to healthcare for our
dogs, cats, puppies and kittens
- receive quarterly issues of our newsletter which keeps you
current on our events and activities and includes
several stories, thank you's and areas of interest
- be able to deduct membership fee as a tax deduction or tax write-off (we are a
nonprofit organization)
- be confident that all proceeds go
directly to Berkeley County Humane Society
